Is this app available only for Android?
Yes. App is currently available only for Android devices, but our team is already working on apps for other OS.
I am getting an error: Not connected. What can I do?
Please connect to your Soundcraft Ui12, Ui16 or Ui24r built-in WIFI or external router and wait few seconds, it should connect to console automatically.
I have issues with connecting to console.
If you’re unsure what is your mixers IP or WIFI password, please reset your console. You can do it by power up the unit while holding the reset button pressed until the LEDs stop pulsing. After that, please connect to console WIFI (opened).
